The aim of World Sailing's Measurers, Umpires, and Judges Clinics is to enhance the standard of officiating in these disciplines by providing both theoretical and practical training.
These clinics serve as an accessible educational pathway for Member National Authorities (MNAs) that may lack the resources to establish their own development programs. They seek to expand volunteer participation and grow the global base of national-level measurers, umpires, and judges, creating a pipeline for progression into World Sailing’s International Seminars. By fostering a diverse pool of qualified officials, these programs contribute to the worldwide growth of sailing.
